Motor Image (HK) Limited is the sole distributor of SUBARU cars in Hong Kong. To cope with the business development and recent expansion, we are now seeking for a candidate of high caliber to fill the position.

Service Executive

Responsibilities:

• Assist in plan, implement and execute all aftersales marketing campaigns and promotion activities to increase sales and enhance brand image.
• Assist in conduct market research, competitors’ studies and measure customer satisfaction levels.
• Prepare aftersales related report.
• Provide backup support to frontline.
• Handle customer enquiry and complaint.
• Other ad-hoc duties and support as and when assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or Marketing, with at least 2-3 years of experience in aftersales or customer service.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Good problem solving and customer service skills.
• Proficient in using MS Office, Chinese Word Processing, Excel spreadsheet processing.
• Hardworking, self-motivated, responsible, willing to learn and able to work independently.
• Passionate in cars.
• Driving license is an advantage.
