Job Description
Our client is a statutory body that provides quality assurance and assessment services to education and training institutions. They are looking for a Temp Executive Assistant to support their team for providing general administrative support for 6 months contract.
Responsibilities
- providing logistical support for vetting application, workshops/ seminars/ meetings and other activities;
- handling enquiries, correspondence and counter service;
- maintaining the filing system; data entry, processing and records management.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or an Associate Degree or academic qualification comparable to HKQF Level 4.
- good written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
- Good PC skills in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
- 1-2 years experience in digital technology related application will be an advantage.
- Fresh graduates will also be considered.
