We act as a trusted business partner and the go-to team for all people-related matters.

About the Role and How you will make an impact:

The ideal candidate oversees HR operations in HK; contributes to Fiducia’s business by ensuring efficient and professional services for our internal clients; engages with staff, as well as drives different initiatives towards a people-focused organisation.

S/he is responsible for and measured by increased HR efficiency and productivity, as well as employee engagement and satisfaction on a quarterly basis.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Interact regularly with Employees/Managers for best engagement and understanding
  • Organise cost-effective, engaging activities to upkeep employee motivation in the office/team
  • Enhance HR productivity via ongoing SOP review and improvement
  • Update HR policies, technologies and reports as required
  • Review HR documents to ensure zero-defect and right-first-time
  • Ensure employee data accuracy (including medical, payroll, HRIS)
  • Handle general labour cases (e.g. work visa) with practical solutions
  • Act as a change agent and passionate in HR transformation

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong communication skills to take initiative, collaborate and build trustful relationships
  • Experience in leading and developing a small team of HR and Office admin staff
  • Professional in HR operations, policies, and procedures, as well as people practices
  • Attention to detail with sound judgment, driving actions and results
  • Creative and quick learner with an adaptive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Curious, tech-savvy and up-to date with glocal HR trends
  • Ability to prioritize, delegate, empower others to successfully handle seasonal workload
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for her/his, the team’s and company’s success
  • 5-8 years’ related working experience in relevant industry
  • High proficiency in verbal and written English
  • Solid knowledge of HK labor law and related regulations
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in HRM or related discipline
