- Reporting to Sales Team Head to provide all-round administrative (i.e. sales team figure update & consolidation)
- Merchant application follow up (i.e. Assist in document collection, merchant due diligence and fulfillment process for new merchant on-boarding)
- Assist in service activation including documentation and provide guidance and solutions to clients to solve issues and requests
- Work together with internal stakeholders to support payment services business
- The Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) or above
- At least 3 years or above related work experience
- Detail-minded, good communication & interpersonal skills
- Experience with MS Office and Chinese Word input
- Immediate available status is highly appreciated
