• Provide administrative support to Project Team in processing daily operation
• Handle customer enquiries and prepare sales documents such as invoice, purchase order, sales quotation etc.
• Follow up sales orders and delivery arrangement
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as requested

Requirements:

• Diploma or above qualification in any discipline. Fresh graduates will also be considered
• 1 year experience in administration is preferred
• Experience in Engineering/ Construction Industry is preferred
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Putonghua)
• Well-organized, self-motivated and willing to learn
• Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
