Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Handle procurement requests
- Responsible for supplier/vendor sourcing and negotiation
- Prepare supplier/vendor tenders and agreements
- Conduct supplier/vendor assessment and annual agreement review
- Oracle system update, for example uploading catalogue, supplier/vendor agreements and quotations etc.
- Prepare relevant reports and analysis on timely basis
- Diploma graduate
- With procurement experience will be an advantage
- Organized and pay attention to details
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Good command of both English and Chinese
