Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, on/off-boarding arrangement, leave and attendance, employee relations and other HR services in daily operation.
• Coordinate CV screening, interview scheduling and reference checks on candidates.
• Provide administrative support and maintain accurate & update staff information and records via HRIS.
• Assist to review and formulate company policies and procedures if needed.
• Assist to develop training programs for operational staff to meet business needs.
• Assists to coordinate the company events.
• Perform any ad hoc projects/assignments as requested.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Human Resources or related disciplines
• Minimum 2-year of solid experience in HR function
• Knowledge in HK employment ordinance
• Responsible, ability to work at fast paced environment and able to work under pressure
• Well-organized, self-motivated, multi-tasked, meticulous and detail-minded with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Immediate available will be highly advantage
• More Experience will be consider as the higher ranking
