Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Performing data input and verification
- Processing various types of customer service requests and refund requests relating to Octopus products
- Process card application requests
- Preparing reports for daily reconciliation
- Providing general clerical and administrative support
- Carrying out works according to predefined operating procedures and service standards
- Support projects and user acceptance test
Requirements:
- HKCEE/HKDSE with 5 subjects passed (Grade E/Level 2) including English, Chinese and Mathematics
- Minimum 3 year clerical working experience
- Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel processing
- Accurate and fast English and Chinese typing speed, not less than 35 wpm
- Good interpersonal skills and customer service awareness
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Experience of working in financial institutions is an advantage
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Operations Assistant
- Working Location: Kowloon Bay
