Job Description
Position Accountabilities:
- Handle hotline services;
- Process medical claims (out-patient claims);
- Prepare billing reports for clients;
- Participate on ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Cheerful & willing to work as a team
- Hands on PC knowledge with good numeric sense
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills, self-initiative
- Experience in customer service is an advantage
- Shift duties is required
