Position Accountabilities:

• Handle hotline services;
• Process medical claims (out-patient claims);
• Prepare billing reports for clients;
  
• Participate on ad hoc projects

 Requirements:

• Cheerful & willing to work as a team
• Hands on PC knowledge with good numeric sense
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills, self-initiative
• Experience in customer service is an advantage
• Shift duties is required
