Responsibilities:

• Provide full range of executive support and internal coordination to management
• Responsible for marketing duties (e.g. event management and update news  to website)
• Assist internal IT services (e.g., hardware/software upgrade and replacement, maintain inventory, renewal of software licenses, system backup) and provide daily support to users
• Carry out ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned by direct superiors

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in business related discipline
• At least 2 years relevant working experience
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Good problem-solving, analytical, detail-oriented skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, good team player
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
