Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of administrative management, including procurement of office supplies, maintenance of facilities and equipment, sourcing and negotiating with vendors and suppliers, monitoring service performance and cost;
• Manage a team of drivers for various assignments;
• Maintain efficient filing system and record keeping;
• Support reception duties when it is necessary;
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in business related discipline;
• Experience in office administration is preferred;
• Strong attention to details is a MUST;
• Familiar with MS office;
• Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Immediate available will be an advantage.
