Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Record all membership fee received and incoming donations in an accurate and timely manner
- Follow through donation collection activities and responsible for preparing invoices, and receipts
- Support in handling and arranging payments
- Take care of bank transactions and perform bank reconciliation monthly
- Monitor petty cash balance and support regular cash count
- Support monthly financial accounts and regular analysis report
- Perform inventory stock take regularly
- Participate in projects and ad hoc assignments as assigned by supervisor
- Diploma or above education level; Accounting or Business Administration major are preferred but not a must
- 1-2 years of clerical work experience; interested in Accounting functions. On job training will be offered to enhance the competence of selected candidate
- Proficient in the use of MS Excel and MS Word
- Accurate and detailed-minded
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- A good team player with positive mindset, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, responsible and with can-do attitude
- Genuine interest in the welfare of animals
- Fresh graduate are welcomed
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
