• To handle recruitment, staffing, training and personnel matters of team staff, officers and cadets;
• To write documents and correspondences in Chinese and English;
• To provide support in a wide range of administrative functions including procurement management and logistical support;
• To provide administrative support in office administration and assist in liaison with government departments and other commercial organisations;
• To carry out limited and ad-hoc outdoor document delivery/collection
  duties, if required;
• To compile and update various returns and information in general administrative/personnel/training/IT matters by using computer application software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word processing, Adobc Acrobat and Adobe Photoshop ele:
• To support training course in provision of store and equipment as well as equipment maintenance work;
• To provide clerical support in relation to QC/CIF matters

• Bachelor degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
• Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSE/ HKCEE
• At least one year's post degree full time working experience in administrative and management work
• Computer application knowledge
