Job Description
- Help customers better manage financial matters in making banking invisible, painless and seamless
- Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers
- Perform operator duties including picking of calls from hotline, jotting of comments for further handling, taking and relaying of messages to the appropriate individuals
- Assist in maintaining customer feedback database such as data entry, scanning and uploading of paper and electronic records, tracking multiple deadlines and keeping documents and records orderly and accessible for the department
- Assist in handling office administration duties such as mailing and filing
- Provide clerical support and assist in ad hoc projects assigned by direct report
- Post secondary or above
- Experience in Call Centre or banking industry, experience of banking services is an advantage
- Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
- Chinese typing (>30 words per min.)
