- Provide all-rounded HR support to management
- Assist in day-to-day human resources operations
- Assists with recruitment cycle
- Providing recruitment status reports to management
- Prepare HR letters, notices, emails and ad-hoc reports
- Manage office administration duties, including office cleaning, decoration & equipment maintenance, insurance & security, and etc.
- Diploma holder in Business related with 3 years working experience
- Well-versed with Employment Ordinance
- Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
- Guarantee Year-end double pay
- Meal allowance & Transportation allowance
- 5 days work (Working hour: 10:00-19:00)
- Public Holiday
- Max. 20 days of Annual Leave
