Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up, operating, and maintaining workshops on the project sites in relations to telecommunication system, security system, etc
• Responsible for the procurement of supplies, equipment and services including but not limited to issuance of purchase order, price negotiation, order placing, delivery and product quality
• Plan, organize and supervise property maintenance and repairs
• Responsible for arranging, repairing and maintenance of company vehicles, renewal of license an insurance
• Liaise with related parties for leasing arrangements and property management
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors

Requirements/Qualification

• Degree in Business Management is preferred
• Minimum 8 years' relevant working experience
• Mature and be able to work independently
• A good team player, responsible, self-motivated and ability to perform multi-tasks
• Proficiency is MS Office, Word & Excel
• Holder of 1, 2 driving license

• Monday to Friday 0830 - 1730 and Saturday 0830 - 1230 (Alternate Saturday)

• Main work location will be in Yuen Long but occasionally travel to Third Runway at Chek Lap Kok is required
• May need to travel to other locations in Hong Kong, Macau and PRC as necessary
