• Perform and handle the full spectrum of recruitment functions to drive operation efficiency
• Collaborate with operation to understand the manpower needs and selection criteria
• Drive the end to end resourcing processes from developing and posting job ads to making offers and getting appointees onboard
• Provide support on other HR initiatives and ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisors
• Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Passionate, proactive, independent, good organization skill and strong sense of responsibilities
• Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.  
• Minimum 3-year relevant experience 
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
