Directly report to Executive Secretary, Asia Pacific, he or she will mainly take the administrative role to support the Administration team, and to ensure efficient operations of the office.

• Provide all-round administrative support to administration team
• Maintain and update various databases, filing management and prepare regular reports
• Provide coordination support for administration programs and systems
• Assist in updating and reviewing the administration policies and procedures
• Handle procurement functions, facilities maintenance and vendor management
• Handle expenses claims and travels arrangement
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

• Matriculation or above with diploma qualification on office administration is preferable
• At least 3 - 5 years of work experience in office administration, preferably in MNC
• Having the experience in organizing intensive travel arrangement for senior management is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Well organized, detail-minded, and able to handle multiple tasks
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese input
• Immediate available is desirable
