Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
- Perform outdoor work
- Provide general office administrative and clerical support
- Work internally within HR & Admin. Department to assist in office duties
- Arrange maintenance work for office facilities and equipment
- Handle ad hoc tasks and any other assigned duties as requested
Qualifications and Required Attributes
- Form 5 or above
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Good communication skills and a team player
- Familiar with basic computer operations (Microsoft Office word and excel)
- Polite, well-organized, independent, punctual, strong sense of responsibilities
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediately available is highly preferred
