Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions including but not limited to Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations
• Maintain employee data in HRIS and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate
• Prepare HR data analytics and reports e.g. staff movement report, turnover and any other ad hoc reports
• Ensure all HR guidelines and policies are in compliance with legal requirement;
• Involve in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
• At least 3 years relevant working experience in human resources field preferably gained in retail
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with good team spirit
• Proactive, responsible, detail-minded, well-organized and willing to learn
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediately available is preferred
