Responsibilities:

• Provide HR services to a designated small business unit independently
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process
• Handle monthly payroll preparation including commission and incentive calculation, attendance and leave records management, MPF and tax return etc.
• Participate in reviewing and revising HR policies & procedures, guidelines, etc.
• Assist in compiling HR reports for management review
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• At least 5 years relevant experience in sizable retail company
• Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related HR regulations
• Good numerical sense, detail-minded and well organized
• Responsive, self-motivated and independent with can-do attitude
• Fast paced and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Proficient in MS excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer
