Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full range of professional HR service including C&B Administration, Recruitment and Staff Training etc…
  • Handle and oversee the full set of monthly payroll, final payment, retirement/MPF schemes, HR costing report and salaries tax administration
  • Administer and follow up all work injury cases with relevant parties
  • Maintain and update HRIS and filing system accurately
  • Support and participte staff benefits and engagement programmes and organize the employee relations activities such as Annual Dinner, Christmas Party, Retirement party etc…
  • Responsible for update, review and implement HR & Admin policies and procedures as well as Employee Handbook are compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Take initiative in identifying and executing ideas on streamlining and standardizing HR processes to achieve operational efficiency and support future business growth
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the superiors

Requirements: 

  •          High Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines
  •          Minimum 5-8 years’ solid experience in C&B, Experience in F&B / Retail / Cleaning / Environmental Science industry is highly preferred
  •          Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulations
  •          Mature, detailed-minded, sensitive to figure with a strong sense of responsibility
  •          Able to work independently and work under pressure
  •          Good command of written & spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  •          Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  •          Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  •          Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of HR & Admin Officer
  •          Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred
