We are seeking an outgoing, energetic, and detail-oriented individual to join us - Lalamove, based in Hong Kong. The role-holder will interact with local and city teams and is expected to provide local and regional administrative and secretarial support to CEO and management to ensure the smooth running of all lines of business. No two days are ever the same. This role suits someone who can adapt to change, with lots of energy and meticulous attention to detail. Most importantly, you must be passionate about Lalamove and be willing to go the extra mile to complete your challenges!

What we seek:

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to management and CEO 
• Provide personal assistance to CEO including being responsible for vehicle driver management & restaurant, flights, and hotels arrangement if required
• Provide administrative support including but not limited to meeting and schedule arrangements, preparing documents and filing etc.
• Perform any other duties as assigned

What you’ll need:

• High diploma or above in any discipline
• Experience in serving management is preferred.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Putonghua.
• Strong analytical-minded, detail-minded, problem-solving, and organized person.
• Able to handle multi tasks effectively and independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office application with sound skills in Excel, Powerpoint, and Chinese Word Processing.
• Travel may be required.
