Responsibilities:

• Manage and document monthly payroll process for Hong Kong to ensure employees are paid in an accurate and timely manner;
• Manage the taxation returns filing to the Inland Revenue Department in compliance with the tax regulations;
• Review all C&B related service providers including but not limited to insurance brokers, MPF provider and payroll service vendor, etc.;
• Provide HR support, general coordination and prepare regular HR reports for East Asia Countries in all HR related aspects;
• Provide support in the delivery of ad hoc recruitment or HR related projects and Employee Relation activities;
• Participate and deliver other ad hoc projects and duties as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
• 1 year of related work experience; fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and MPF regulations;
• Independent, self-motivated with good analytical skills and numerical sense;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel);
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant HR Officer.
