Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the team
• Schedule team meetings, appointments and reservations as needed
• Prepare regular and timely reports; follow up and consolidate inputs from teams
• Assist project manager in the overall project planning and coordination
• Provide logistic support and recruit participants for trade promotion projects
• Provide on-site support and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned when necessary 

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in event organizing, sales and marketing
• Independent, mature and reliable, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Applications including PowerPoint and Excel
• Willing to work overtime and occasionally on public holidays

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits, will be offered.
