• Deliver effective basic level training programs such as orientation, practical training with quality results independently
• Amend the training materials appropriately so as to ensure the contents are up to date
• Handle various administrative aspects of training, e.g. data entry, manage course enrollment, keep attendance records, logistics arrangement etc.
• Assist in maintaining e-learning platform
• Support training and staff activities
• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor

• Minimum 1 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in food and beverage or retail industry
• HD preferably in Human Resources / Business Management
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Detailed mind, self-motivated, able to work independently and work under pressure
• Immediate availability is preferred
