HR & Administration Planning & Execution

• Responsible for the full spectrum of human resources and admin functions;
• Strategic human resources planning, review, provide strategic advice and services in all aspects of administration and human resources management;
• Handle the functions of HR and Administration including but not limited to manpower planning, recruitment, compensation, performance management, training, factory administration;
• Efficient recruitment and retention and promotion of factory / shop & office staff;

Development of human resources management policies & system, including but not limited to:　

• Review, enhance and implement the HR policies and procedures to align with the corporate guideline;
• Develop and manage of human resources information system;
• Develop & implement of appropriate salary structures, bonus schemes and remuneration packages;
• Staff salaries and benefits administration, staff performance, evaluations and office administration

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in relevant disciplines;
• At least 8 years managerial experience of a full spectrum of human resources and administration at senior level in factory & retailing organization;
• Relevant working experience in factory, retail and F&B industry in HR management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate available is preferable
