Responsibilities:

• Assist for handling full spectrum of HR functions including not limited to  recruitment & selection, payroll & MPF administration, training & development etc.
• Handle on-boarding and off-boarding process and related administration work
• Prepare various HR and management reports regularly
• Maintain, enhance and update the HRIS
• Assist in handling daily activities of the team
• Providing support on ad hoc projects and requests

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated in Human Resources or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year working experience in HR role; Fresh graduate will be also considered
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
• Knowledge in HK Employment Ordinance will be an advantage
• Proactive, organized, attentive to details & multi-tasking, good communication skills and team player
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred
