Responsibilities:

• To provide all-round support and general administrative duties in the Procurement Department of the Welfare Council;
• To handle end-to-end orders processing and management for the Short-term Food Assistance Service (STFAS) Team;
• To assist in preparation of tender documents and contract administration according to the policies and procedures;
• To perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Post-secondary or above
• HKDSE with 5 Level 2 or above including English and Chinese or HKCEE with 5 subjects passed including English (syllabus B) and Chinese
• Certificate in Purchasing & Supply or related disciplines is preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain field is preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Well-organized, responsible, independent, able to meet deadline, willing to learn
• Fresh graduate is also considered

One-year contract will be offered as a start. Candidates with satisfactory performance will be reappointed to permanent post after two years’ contract period.
