Job Description
The Role:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Department including:
- Assist in general company secretarial work for Hong Kong and offshore subsidiaries
- Maintain secretarial filing system including documents/ statutory records copying, scanning, filing and data input
- Perform general clerical duties including preparation of business correspondence and any other projects assigned
- Support in board / board committees / shareholders’ meetings preparation
- Prepare board / board committees files and assisting the Department in discharging its company secretarial duties of the Group
- Provide office administration
The Person:
- Tertiary in Company Secretarial / Corporate Governance / Business or related disciplines
- Minimum 1-2 years’ related work experience. Experience gained from listed company or professional firm is preferred
- Willing to learn, meticulous, strong sense of responsibility, independent and able to work under pressure
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Proficiency in PC applications and CSA software
