Job Description

Part-time Project Assistant

Responsibilities
  • Conduct data quality checking tasks
  • Conduct project briefing to mystery shoppers and provide field support
  • Support the team in handling administrative, including bookkeeping, scheduling, training course prepartion, E-learning operation
  • Organize and execute mystery shopper recruitment, including training and performance evaluation
Competencies
  • F.5 or above 
  • At least 1 - 2 years working experience in clerical position
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Outlook and Chinese Word-processing
  • Good Command in Chinese, English and Putonghua
  • Detail oriented, team player and able to work under pressure
