Job Description

Responsibilities :
  • Reporting to the Property Manager in performing general administrative duties of a designated property
  • Perform data entries on expenditure transactions of the property
  • Assist in procurement activities including preparing purchase orders, purchase planning, price negotiation, etc
  • Assist in handling HR administrative duties, such as, leave & attendance management and recruitment support
  • Maintain filing system and keep accounting records
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements :
  • DSE graduate or above
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Property Management field and had experience in administration, personnel and book-keeping, preferably gained in a sizable corporation / property management company
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Proactive, detailed-minded and well-organized
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working Location: Tseung Kwan O
