Responsibilities

• Responsible for reception counter duties, handle incoming phone calls, courier, greet visitors etc
• Carry out clerical and HR / admin duties in support of department's operations;
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments;

Requirements

• F.5 or above, with 1-2 years working experience in HR & Admin field preferable  
• Pleasant personality with good telephone manner, initiative, mature and with good communication skills

• 負責前台接待工作，各部門信件、文件及物品收發及訪客接待等;
• 支援部門一般文書、人力資源及行政工作;
• 協助其他上級委派的工作

• 中五程度或以上，2 年或以上相關工作經驗
• 熟悉基本電腦操作、懂中文輸入法， 良好中英文聽說讀寫能力，流利普通話
• 性格親切，良好電話禮儀，主動積極，成熟及有良好溝通技巧
