Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for reception counter duties, handle incoming phone calls, courier, greet visitors etc
- Carry out clerical and HR / admin duties in support of department's operations;
- Assist in other ad-hoc assignments;
Requirements
- F.5 or above, with 1-2 years working experience in HR & Admin field preferable
- Pleasant personality with good telephone manner, initiative, mature and with good communication skills
- 負責前台接待工作,各部門信件、文件及物品收發及訪客接待等;
- 支援部門一般文書、人力資源及行政工作;
- 協助其他上級委派的工作
- 中五程度或以上,2 年或以上相關工作經驗
- 熟悉基本電腦操作、懂中文輸入法, 良好中英文聽說讀寫能力,流利普通話
- 性格親切,良好電話禮儀,主動積極,成熟及有良好溝通技巧
