Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the administration of MPF scheme to comply with regulatory and service requirements.
- Primary accountabilities include processing customers’ requests on enrolment, contribution allocation, rebalancing, benefit payment, and asset transfer in/out.
- Handle customers’ enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in monitoring the task progress of junior staff and review their processed transactions.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects whenever necessary.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with 3 - 5 years’ working experience in MPF scheme administration is preferable.
- Self-starter, team player and attentive to details.
- Good organizational and planning ability.
- Good at PC applications especially Excel and Word.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good command of spoken English and written English / Chinese.
- Candidate with less experience may be considered as Senior Officer.
