Job Description
Role Purpose:
- To assist sales team to manage sales order loading allocation and delivery of projects and drive for the achievement of project development and sales targets of assigned customers
Job Duties:
- Develop detailed project plan to track progress, monitor and control to ensure on-time delivery of projects
- Handle internal departmental procedures and audits
- Make use of analytic tools to optimize the entire project life cycle with well planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects
- Assist the supervisor on delegated work & follow up ad hoc assignments
- Occasional travel to China sites as required
What we look for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related disciplines
- Min. 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Program management
- Good interpersonal skill, self-motivated and good analytical skill
- Experience in customer service, project planning or data management is an advantage
- Good written and oral communication in English & Chinese
- Proficient in MS offices including Excel & PowerPoint
