Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical support to R&D Department including drafting minutes for internal meetings
• Purchase arrangement according to specific requirements
• Handle incoming/outgoing courier
• Carry out administrative support e.g. supplies replenishment, meet & greet visitors, handling incoming calls, coordination of office maintenance etc.
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above, preferred in Administration field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in office administration
• Experience in Engineering Company will be a credit
• Positive, well-organized, passionate, self-motivated, patient, willing to learn and able to work independently
• Proficiency in MS WORD, EXCEL and OUTLOOK
• Good command of Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
• Proficiency in English & Chinese typing
• Immediately available is definitely an advantage
• Fresh Graduates will also be considered
