Job Description

Responsibilities:

  •   Provide administrative and clerical support to the assurance department
  •   Assist the audit team to carry out different job tasks including but not limited to maintain staff booking schedule, prepare bank confirmation and handle company search
  •   Provide secretarial cover to Director as required
  •   Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  •   Higher diploma in secretarial studies, business administration or other relevant disciplines
  •   Minimum 3 years of experience in providing secretarial support to a team / department, preferably with experience in Professional Firm
  •   Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  •   Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
  •   Good communications and interpersonal skills
  •   Responsible, detail-minded and able to multitask
