Job Description
Duties:
- Assist in a wide range of human resources services, such as attendance, recruitment, staff movement, leave/benefit administration etc.;
- Assist in data consolidation and report generation for management review;
- Provide secretarial support to the General Manager;
- Handle daily office administration of the Company;
- Coordinate with both internal and external parties;
- Follow up ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required;
Requirements:
- Degree holder. Candidate with more than 5 years related experiences will be considered as Administrative Officer
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office application such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Responsible, well-organized and able to meet deadline
- Good interpersonal, communication skills and self-motivated
