Human Resources Operations Lead

Responsibilities:

• Manage end to end HR operational process from offering, onboarding, payroll, taxation, offboarding
• Lead a team of HR members that support the accomplishment of operation excellence
• Reignite pre-onboarding & onboarding employee experience & improve time to productivity
• Migrate & Streamline the HR process leveraging HR system, process simplification, restlessly to improve the process efficiency
• Maintains employee-related databases. Prepares and analyzes reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department and company.

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in HRM or related discipline,
• 8+ years of experience in Human Resources all round matters
• Experience in leading a team
• Well versed in HK employment ordinance
• Proficient in MS office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Sense of urgency and can-do attitude
• Good command of English and Cantonese
