Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer services in a professional manner
• Provide reception, administrative and clerical support to the team
• To assist the Property Management Office to implement the day-to-day operations and customer services of the commercial building.
• Liase with internal department and external parties
• To perform any other duty as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• 1-2 years working experience preferably in customer services
• Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit is required
• Uniform is required
• Good command in spoken and written Chinese and English including Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, etc) and Chinese word processing
• Good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills
• Well-organized, mature, independent and self-motivated
• Pleasant and outgoing personality
• Immediate available is preferred
