Job Description:
- Assists in the secretarial support to the PI Manager such as document management, meeting arrangement, communication to department heads for reports, timetable arrangement
- Work with clinical staff, department managers on quality process issues.
- Provide assistance and brief on the quality program as directed by PI Manager.
- Assists with the accreditation and make arrangements
- Performs other related duties and assignments as requested by the Performance Improvement Manager
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- Good computer skills
- Demonstrates good interpersonal and communication skills.
