• Formulate and synchronize HR related policies, procedures and practices
• Work with the respective region HR on talents acquisition, talents retention, trainings and succession planning
  
• Benchmark and review salary structure to ensure competitiveness, propose and formulate incentive plans
• Work with management and department heads to roll out quantifiable performance measurements to ensure short- and long-term company’s success
• Work with departments to review and analyse employee efficiency, propose solutions to support sustainable company’s growth
• Ensure local compliance with employment laws, regulations and other statutory HR requirements
• Work with management to build a striving and an inclusive work environment
• Work with HQ’s Head of HR to ensure timely delivery of HR projects

• Degree in Human Resource, Business Management or equivalent
• Preferably with a minimum of 5 years' experience in HR covering the Asia Pacific region
• Proactive and possess strong organisational, analytical and influencing skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both oral and written
• Ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities and work independently and effectively in a multinational and multi-cultural environment
• Knowledge and understanding of local employment laws and regulations within the Asia Pacific region
