Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To take responsibility in the Human Resources functions included but not limited to manpower planning, quality and pro-active recruitment, talent development and effective associate engagement
  • To assist in review and implement human resources policies and procedures
  • To organize and implement workforce planning projects / recruitment activities such as job fair & graduate recruitment etc.
  • To closely collaborate on a day-to-day basis with team members for hiring and on-boarding matter; disciplinary cases handling, any HRBP related projects
  • To be an ambassador to promote corporate culture and leadership philosophy
  • To act as an advisor or coach to provide feedbacks and coaching to line managers and employees for leadership development
  • To maintain a strong communication network with all levels of stakeholders
  • To participate in ad hoc assignments as and when required

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related discipline
  • 6-8 years' stable track record in human resources business partnering / talent management including 1-3 years in supervisory capacity with proven experience in mass recruitment
  • Possess strong business mindset, excellent interpersonal, concise communication skills to collaborate with people across different functions and levels
  • Result-driven, outgoing and dynamic to derive HR solutions, be able to manage difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
  • Mature and independent with ability to work under pressure with strong multi-tasking, negotiation, reasoning and influencing skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Cantonese
  • Immediate availability is preferable
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
