Job Description
- Ensure payroll changes for new hires, promotion, salary change, inter-department transfer, overseas assignment, staff separation and inter-company transfer, are conducted promptly and accurately
- Administer retirement schemes including MPF and ORSO
- Responsible for tax reporting, leave management, medical administration, etc.
- Handle staff enquiries and other HR ad-hoc duties in compliance with the Company's policies, legislation and HR related matters.
- Perform any ad hoc duties as required.
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related discipline;
- Minimum 5 years' working experience in Human Resources field;
- Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance;
- Multi-tasked, meticulous and detail-minded with excellent interpersonal skills;
- Past experience in administer PeopleSoft and Workday is highly preferred;
