Job Description

Duties:

  • To monitor the progress of booking applications and event arrangement of the venue, updating and checking the booking data
  • To be in charge of the collation of the statistics of the venue, including initating and maintaining the database for compiling usage, attendance info
  • To answer enquiries about the booking matters and handle the arrangement of site visit
  • To be responsible for monitoring and updating the booking files system and documentation

Requirements:

  • Degree holder 
  • Lv. 2 in English and Chinese (HKDSE or HKCEE)
  • At least 3 years relevant working experience. Experience from government office will be an advantage
  • Good knowledge in MS Word and Excel
  • Good communication and professional telephone manner
