Responsibilities: 

• Handle all-rounded Admin duties, including but not limited to Office admin., retail shop utilities application, leasing administration etc.
• Maintain application and renewal of business licenses and certificates, insurance & services contract within the timeline etc.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance office equipment such as vehicles
• Assist in preparation of regular Admin reports of management review
• Co-ordinate and liaise with difference internal and external parties to maintain a highly effective working relationship, including vendors and service suppliers
• As a substitution to reception in greeting and such routine duties
• Assist in ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business Administration or other relevant disciplines
• At least 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in retail industry
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
