Job Description
The French Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong is looking for one of its clients in the BtoB industry a Corporate Services and Admin Executive:
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To Develop and Deliver Corporate Services activities including company set-up, bank account opening, visa and domiciliation etc.
- Promote actively Corporate services towards France and Hong Kong prospect base by positioning our company as a trusted Partner
- Assist and Advise on incoming business enquiries from French companies/Entrepreneurs
COMPANY SET UP, BANK ACCOUNT OPENING, VISA, DOMICILIATION:
- Assist and advise French companies/Entrepreneursin setting-up a company in Hong Kong
- Assist and advise French Companies/Entrepreneurs in opening their corporate bank accounts
- Management of payroll services for some of our clients (MPF, Insurance, Payslips)
- Answer and advise clients about visa process, prepare and check application documentation, liaise with the Immigration department
- Filing and administrative related tasks
- Make sure to have updated information about Hong Kong regulations
- Handle commercial relationships with clients: invoicing, payment follow up, etc.
- Keep up to date the prospects and clients’ database
- Prepare reports related to the above activity
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education – Master/Bachelor level in Business Studies
- 5 years of working experience with at least 3 years in customer facing role;
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and French;
- Independent, strong sense of responsibility/confidentiality, reliable with strong prioritization skills;
- Detail-minded, extremely rigorous, well-organized and multi-tasking;
- An individual who is at ease both with communication and client interaction, as well as with process and administrative tasks;
- Helpful, cheerful, presentable, good interpersonal skills and team player;
- Proficiency in full suite of MS Office;
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
