Responsibilities

• Work closely with all project stake holders to prepare and coordinate all-rounded activities, including pre-event arrangement, budget management, logistics coordination, on-site supervision and AV equipment support etc.
• Attend MICE and operational meetings
• Lead, provide guidance and support the team to ensure best and smooth operation of events
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or above in event management or related disciplines
• 5 years’ relevant experience in MICE or hospitality industry; experience inmanaginglarge-scaleevents isanadvantage
• Good common of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonal skills,timemanagementandproblem-solvingskills
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule
• Able to shift duty and rotate work locations
• Immediately available is an advantage
