Key Responsibilities:

• Answering telephone calls and emails, handling customers’ enquires, complaints of a routine nature,
• Perform record filing and maintenance, data entry on collection orders and delivery orders in AX system,
• Liaise with Logistics department to provide accurate data to customer’s enquires relating to status of service orders,
• Report issues/incidents to superior, and perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• HKDSE or above, 1 year customer service or call center experience is advantageous
• Customer-oriented with good communication and telephone skills
• Good command in Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
• Good command in English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, hardworking, and strong sense of responsibility
• Fresh graduates also welcome
• Immediately available is preferred
