Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone calls and emails, handling customers’ enquires, complaints of a routine nature,
- Perform record filing and maintenance, data entry on collection orders and delivery orders in AX system,
- Liaise with Logistics department to provide accurate data to customer’s enquires relating to status of service orders,
- Report issues/incidents to superior, and perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- HKDSE or above, 1 year customer service or call center experience is advantageous
- Customer-oriented with good communication and telephone skills
- Good command in Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
- Good command in English and Chinese
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and strong sense of responsibility
- Fresh graduates also welcome
- Immediately available is preferred
