Duties:

• To handle recruitment; staffing, training, and personnel matters;
• To provide administrative support in office administration and assist in liaison with government departments and other commercial organizations;
• To compile and update various returns and information in general administrative/personnel/training/IT natters by using computer application software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing, Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Photoshop, etc;
• To support Department course in provision of store and equipment as well as equipment maintenance work;
• To provide clerical support in relation to QC/CIF matters

• A bachelor's degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent, in any discipline;
• Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 4 /Grade C or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent;
• Preferably with 1 year of full-time working experience in administration;
• Proficiency in written Chinese and English;
• Good working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Adobe Photoshop
